Take a key role in providing forward-looking software solutions for the energy industry. The primary task for this role is to provide technical consultation and solutions to Hansen Energy & Utilities customers. The role requires good problem or request solving skills, active and a highly customer-oriented attitude to provide services as required.
About You
You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working customers and solving their issues as well as:
Degree in Computer Science or similar
Previous experience in IT sector or in the energy sector
Customer oriented approach
Request solving skills and "can do" attitude
Analytical, object-oriented and qualified working skills
Excellent communications skills
Positive attitude to personal development and learning
MS Windows systems experience
Additionally, we appreciate if you have the following experience and skills:
Microsoft Servers
Oracle databases
Software development
Energy market knowledge
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate customer reported tickets and tasks
Technical support for customers
Analyze, test and solve customer's problems
Reporting reported issues and requests development and statuses
Participate customer SLA-issue and project meetings
