Our Exciting Opportunity

In Networks PLCM organization we proactively drive product/portfolio lifecycle management and supply chains optimizing profitability, quality, and lead time to fulfil business and customer needs.
We are now searching for a Supply Product Manager to join our Supply Product Management organization in Networks PLCM that has the responsibility for Radio, RAN Compute and Microwave Supply Product Management.
The purpose of the job role as SuPM is to secure an efficient Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM), focusing on the supply view for a defined product portfolio and close collaboration is encouraged with partners from Product Line, PDU and Sourcing.
In this role, you will ensure efficient supply, sourcing and service ability by defining and addressing technical and non-technical requirements/opportunities based on product characteristics and strategies while considering an end to end supply chain perspective


To be successful in the role you must have
Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge in whatever way acquired
Have a leadership role in the dialogue between key stakeholders for BNEW product portfolio. Typical stakeholders include Strategic Product Managers, PDU Heads, Supply Product Managers and Sourcing.
Contribute to internal efficiency gains and tools development
Experience as a team leader and working with people and networking
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Financial understanding and experience of Supply financial model is beneficial
Analytical skills initiating cost reduction activities
Technical and commercial experience
An established network and understanding across the Design, Supply and Sourcing organizations
Experience from interaction with senior management stakeholders
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Positive working demeanor, ability to self-management.
