RPH Pharmaceuticals AB (RPP) is an operating company within Recipharm with offices in UK and Sweden. RPP has a portfolio of products, primarily generic, being sold in the UK through our own distribution network and across Europe through third party distributors. RPP has an exciting and expanding development pipeline of niche generic products for EU and US markets, all of which are being developed at and transferred to various facilities in the Recipharm group. Since the company is growing there is now an exciting new opportunity as Supply Planner. For the right candidate the role offers a great opportunity to help develop the supply chain function and support the company in meeting its goals.
The role will be located in Ashton (UK) or Solna (Sweden) and will report to the Head of Supply of RPH Pharmaceuticals, who is located in Sweden.
The main responsibilities are:
• Manage stock levels, place orders and review supply dates and quantities
• Partner with Regulatory Colleagues to execute product changes in a timely fashion whilst keeping stock write-offs to a minimum
• Proactively communicate supply constraints within the company
• Collaborate with several European distributors to monitor demand changes
• Actively work with internal and external CMOs to ensure on-time delivery of products
• Monthly stock reconciliation and management of forecasting model
• Transportation booking and route risk assessments
• Master Data management
Qualifications should be:
• Proven operational Demand & Supply experience with at least 3 years' experience from a similar role
• Relevant higher education within supply chain, planning or procurement
• Fluency in English
• Good business acumen
• Experience from working in a regulated environment, Good Distribution Practise (GDP), and the pharmaceutical industry is a merit
