Are you an analytical professional with a passion for optimizing supply chains? Seize this exciting opportunity to join our dynamic External Partners team as a Supply Planner and play a pivotal role in shaping our supply planning processes as we launch on a major new marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Forecasting: Analyze sales data, stock data, and customer behavior to develop accurate demand forecasts and proactively identify needed actions.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensuring optimal availability to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Monitor inventory turnover, identify slow-moving or excess stock, and recommend strategies to reduce holding costs while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with logistics, warehouse teams, assortment, and merchandising team to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of products. Communicate and follow up with warehouse and logistics departments to ensure their activities support sales and stock goals.
Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to anticipate demand, improve supply processes, and support business decisions. Analyze data from demand planning, inventory reports, and other resources to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Product and Content Management: Ensure that the right products are available on the website by delivering on article creation guidelines and managing product listings effectively
Qualifications
Your expertise spans across supply planning, logistics, inventory optimization, controlling and/or merchandising. With your solid problem-solving skills and structured way of working, you are adept at working with data to make informed decisions in a complex environment. As an effective communicator, you tailor your interactions with various stakeholders and excel in cross-functional collaboration. Your curiosity and enthusiasm drive you to explore and test new methods while continuously setting and refining processes.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory optimization, controlling and/or merchandising. Previous experience from working with marketplaces is a great advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and salesmanship
Advanced Microsoft Excel user and experience in Power BI and building reports
Fluent in English
Additional Information
This is a full time permanent contract based at our Head Office in Kungsholmen, Stockholm. In this role you will rapport to Head of External Partners.
