To further speed up our work on developing an even more integrated and demand-driven supply chain we have established a new unit within the Supply Chain function, named Supply Chain Strategy & Design. We are working on creating a strong vision, strategy, and plan for how to further strengthen and improve our end-to-end supply chain together with colleagues from our brands, regions, and group functions.
The organization consists of four departments: Supply Chain Network & Flow Strategy, Supply Chain Integration Strategy and Supply Planning Centre of Excellence. We are in a strong build-up phase.
Job description
We are now looking for someone to establish our new Supply Planning Center of Excellence which will be key in contributing to a truly demand-driven supply chain. You will be working towards a clear vision of the future, taking it step by step while enabling bold changes. In the role you will be driving and setting end to end methodology and way of working throughout the full supply chain; starting with assortment moving on to production, logistics and until our products end up in online or physical store. Main responsibilities include:
Identify, develop and set global supply planning standards for processes, methods and logics
Detail supply planning processes, activities, and milestones across all stakeholders
Coach and train Global Supply Planning teams in brands to ensure common level of capabilities and knowledge on standards and procedures
Support Brand / Business Unit Global Supply Planning as single point of contact for day-to-day problem solving, complex parameter setting, and resolution of issues
Monitor and analyze supply planning quality and initiate actions as needed
Support functional design for Supply Planning system solutions in collaboration with our Business Tech function
Provide Global Supply Planning as service for Brands / Business Units without mature own capabilities and during ramp up phase.
Qualifications

Solid experience in the field of Supply Planning
Experience from working in a cross-functional environment with many stakeholders
Experience from a consumer goods industry
A genuine interest in developing our end to end Supply Chain
Strong analytical skills to analyze and explain complex processes and structures
Strong capabilities in communications, stakeholder management and change management
Strong interest in customer experience
