hela Sverige We are now looking for a Supply & Inventory Planner for the Husqvarna Forest & Garden division within the Global planning & inventory organization. This teams operates within a dynamic global CBP (collaborative business planning) framework and collaborates extensively with various departments, including sales, marketing, finance, product management and operations. The role is to start in August until the end of December 2025.
About the role
As a Supply & Inventory planner for finished gods you play a key role in the interface between our factories/suppliers and sales companies/distributors. We are at an interesting stage of development and we want someone who can support us in this journey.
Success in this role relies on a deep comprehension of forecasting and planning best practices, a strong analytical and statistical skillset, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Examples of working tasks:
Secure delivery performance according to targets in order to serve our customers' expectations
Provide forecasts and orders to factories/suppliers on a regular basis and monitor delivery performance
Be in close contact with factories/suppliers and inform organization on supply plans / deviations
In case bottlenecks, ensure fair supply according to agreed allocation
Close contact with sales and ensure that the latest delivery information is available
Inventory management
Coordinate product phase in/out
Ensuring accurate reporting and monitor KPIs
Drive continuous process improvements
An important part of the position is also to stay in close collaboration and communication with stakeholders such as Sales, Planners, Product management to understand markets, trends and other relevant information to create accurate supply plans, but also to secure our company's goal and to serve our customers expectations.
About the organization
The Global Planning & Inventory is a part of Husqvarna Forest & Garden Global Operation organization. We have a global governance ensuring planning & inventory meets our targets and customers expectations. In the organization we are responsible for creating demand, inventory and supply plans as well as monitoring the execution of these plans.
Additionally, we coordinates the flow of goods from factories and suppliers to sales companies and distributors. Our organization serves as the central hub for all communication between sales companies/distributors and factories/suppliers, encompassing aspects such as forecasts, orders, delivery information and invoicing.
About you
To suit in this role, you should hold a University degree in a relevant field or/and possess equivalent work experience minimum 3 years. Additionally, a deep understanding of supply chain processes is crucial.
As an individual, you should be service-minded, structured and analytical. Husqvarna as a company develops in a fast-pace so being flexible to meet our customer demands comes natural for you. You are used to take initiatives and be ambitious in delivering high quality on time.
The work entails establishing long-term relationships and collaborating with international customers and colleagues within Husqvarna Group. Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required. Swedish language is a benefit.
Very good knowledge in Office 365 is required, advanced excel and Power-bi is preferable. Experience of ERP system SAP and planning systems like Logility/APO is a benefit.
The position is temporary, running from August through December 2025.
Location
Husqvarna site in Huskvarna, where your presence at the office will be important to ensure the best possible conditions for a successful start and onboarding.
