Do you value efficiency and think it sounds exciting to manage, plan and forecast inventory and warehouse optimization in a fast pacing company? Then this role is suited for you! You will be joining our Assortment and Buying team in Stockholm. As our new Supply Chain Manager we can offer you great opportunities to develop your skills in a hyper-fast growing company, through managing everything from the supply of high-demand groceries to making sure that the groceries are in stock in our stores.
Responsibilities
Planning and forecasting of inventory (FMCG).
Optimise our warehouse.
Analysing data and internal processes to develop and streamline systems to best fit supply management in line with company growth.
Have close communication with suppliers to ensure processes run smoothly with close collaboration with our Category Manager.
Close communication and collaboration with Store Managers, as well as you will be the first point of contact regarding store and groceries supplies.
Maintain and develop processes within supply management to ensure above functional systems.
Promotional planning with the Category Manager.
Resolve issues that might arise regarding supplies (missing items, delays e.t.c)

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of experience working as a Supply Chain Manager, Demand Planner or similar - preferably with FMCG.
Initiative and innovative - we want a supply chain manager to come with optimization suggestions to develop and implement processes based on their expertises.
Fluent in Swedish and English (other nordic languages are a plus!).
Great time management skills.
Can adapt and be proactive in fast paced environments - we are a startup company and processes develop and change constantly.
Able to to organise and structure many tasks at the same time.
Can easily navigate through different systems.
