What's in it for you?
We are now looking for university students to join our department as interns in the summer of 2022. Within the Packaging operations team, we assure and support in the communication with suppliers, terminals, plants, aftermarket mainly via the "service now" system. We identify the root cause for repacking and order scheduling.
What you'll do
You will be ensuring the optimization of and performing changes in the Packaging network by assuring communication with the supplier via the "service now" system. You will be scheduling the packing transport orders and communicating with the aftermarket and the plants via a generic mailbox. Identifying the root cause if re-packing occurs in the plants. Coordinating return transport from suppliers and performing invoicing control. To secure the working procedures at suppliers, plants, and terminals goes according to their responsibilities.
Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key
We are looking for students pursuing a B.Sc. or M.sc in Supply Chain Management or equivalent. You have a good knowledge of supply chain management and knowledgeable in logistics. As a candidate, you are a team player, with good social abilities and a service-minded mindset. You have great communications and written english skills.

Duration
Period for summer internship is between June 6 - August 26 , 2022, max 10 weeks. Start and end time can be discussed with recruiting manager at a later stage.
