WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
How do you solve a problem like a broken planetary food system? We have a few ideas, and oats are a prominent part of our solution. But so are you! Are you keen to put your Finance skills to work driving a shift to a more sustainable food system? Maybe even have some fun and develop your own skills along the way? Then you're inthe right place. As a Finance student, you will participate in the closing process at Oatly Accounting shared service EMEA and support the accounting team with closing activities. You will gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting principles within a supportive team environment. And best of all, you will join with other students!
As part of the EMEA Accounting Team, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with month and quarter end closing bookings.
Assisting in preparing VAT returns in compliance with regulations.
Participate in preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
Participate in the preparation of SOX documentation.
Support with Ad hoc closing activities as assigned.
Some practical details:
The position is available immediately, and we're seeking someone who can commit to at least 40 hours per month, with most of the workload around closings and during the semester.
We are looking for a candidate currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with plans to graduate in 2026 or later. We envision a long-term commitment to the position.
