This is a great opportunity to gain working experience from the finance and banking industry. You will have the chance to work with the Norwegian Leasing team and start with a couple of days training and the training will be during daytime Monday - Friday 8-16.

Your primary responsibility is to communicate and give service to our Norwegian business customers. You will communicate with our customers via phone, both incoming and outgoing calls and via e-mail. You will also control and handle leasing and Business to Business-cards applications and agreements. Together with your colleagues, you offer our services based on the client's needs and provide adaptive solutions. You are service-minded and contribute actively to drive the business forward. Ikano Bank offers simple and good services on fair terms.
Daily tasks will consist of:
• Validate, register and start agreements
• Remarkable customer service of ongoing agreements
• Onboarding of new B2B customers
• Ad hoc activities
• Service more of the many by phone and email including business to business and private customers.

We are looking for a responsible, flexible co-worker who has the ability to see the big picture. You have a strong customer focus and a sense of service and a genuine interest in everyday sales and finances.
• You are preferably studying finance and have at least 1 year of studies left before you graduate.
• You are available to work fulltime during some school holidays.
• You are available to work about 10-15 hours/week scheduled time including weekends and evenings.
• As a person you are passionate about service and you are driven by sales.
• Fluent in either the Swedish or Norwegian language, both written and spoken is required.
