Job Description
Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, collaborating closely to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
Product Ownership: Take ownership of specific strategic initiatives, overseeing their development and implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Sales Support / Pitching: Support the sales team by contributing strategic insights and expertise to pitches and proposals, aiding in acquiring new business.
Collaborate for client success with project managers
Qualifications
Bachelor 's or Master 's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or the equivalent as the basis for your career in a relevant field
Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute Employer Brand strategies and Workshops that align with client objectives and drive business success based on Universum Data.
Sales Support: Experience in providing strategic support to the DoCS and the sales teams, contributing to pitches, and developing strategies that win new business.
Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage strategic initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Vendor/Partner Management: Skills in cultivating and managing relationships with external partners or vendors to enhance agency capabilities.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex strategies effectively to internal teams and clients.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges, analyze data, and offer strategic solutions to meet client needs.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt strategies based on changing client requirements and market conditions.
English native or Business English, other language proficiencies are a plus
