If yes, then this Strategic Sourcing Manager position might be a phenomenal opportunity for you! We want you to contribute to a growing and dynamic organization that will steer business awards, regulate risk, cost and demands, whilst securing quality and compliance.
On this position you will be working in the Development Software unit within IT Sourcing, in a team that is handling the following categories: Security Applications, Emerging Technologies and Development Tools.
The aim of the position is to maximize supplier value and proactively manage business risks.
Responsibilities:
In this role, your contributions will be to source and drive Ericsson 's supplier base, for both 3PP (Third-Party Purchasing) SW in customer deliveries as well for Ericsson internal use, within the categories.
You will be responsible for all commercial relationships with suppliers -leading, preparing and executing RFX's (RFI, RFQ, RFP). You will also evaluate and select suppliers, conduct negotiations with them and ensure suppliers' agreement implementation.
It is essential to establish the long-term business and secure right cost for the results from suppliers.
One of the responsibilities will be also escalations management and conducting the supplier review meetings.
Must have requirements:
• A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience coming from sourcing, commercial or financial area.
• Basic knowledge of sourcing processes and Ways of Working.
• Experience and understanding of different SW licensing models like SaaS.
• Previous experience in suppliers onboarding, management and negotiations.
Nice to have:
• Experience mainly related to Product and IT Security (Cyber security) applications, Robotics, AI
• Project management capabilities
• Basic understanding of financials reports and analysis
• Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
