Our sourcing is growing! This is a new role and you will be able to develop Cramo Sweden's business to a new level and help setting the new sourcing and purchasing standards together with your colleagues in the sourcing team. A successful candidate will contribute to the growth of the company by working professionally and collaboratively to discover and secure new opportunities within sourcing and purchasing. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the best sources of supply based on quality, value and life cycle cost. Select suppliers that can act as long-term partners and help Cramo Sweden achieve the high set strategic objectives and growth targets. You will become the primary stakeholder for Cramo Sweden organization for all issues related to the category. You will also train employees in sourcing processes to get a smooth and efficient operation and support with sourcing and purchasing expertise and knowledge across the organization. The role is placed in Stockholm and traveling is part of the role. You will report to Head of Group Sourcing.
Your profile
• University degree or equivalent (supply chain, procurement, business management, economics, engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or experience in other procurement related roles.
• Ability to interact with internal stakeholders in a consultative and responsive way.
• Experience in tendering process, negotiating and relevant documentations.
• Ability to constantly prioritize and re-prioritize activities based on changing needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential to the role.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Swedish.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Eager to grow and develop.
