What you will be doing
• Convey the client's needs to the Radon team and be part of finding the best solution for the client
• Work with your clients on a day to day basis by e.g. setting project-specific budgets, time plans and handling feedback rounds
• Lead our internal team in creating all kinds of communication, ranging from PR plans, film production, website production, and full-blown marketing campaigns
• Build proposals and being part of the pitch processes -- for both new and pre-existing clients
• Be the last line of defense in quality control for your projects
Who you are
• Have excellent client management skills
• 2-4 years of experience working at a communication agency or similar
• Have the ability to switch between being a humble team player and a leader
• Have knowledge about the whole process of creating a successful campaign from strategy to activation
• Have great instinct and know what separates good from outstanding
• Have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
• A keynote wizard
• Possess a can-do, positive attitude
