As a Strategic Program Manager you will be part of Össur 's Global Clinics IT Team, a motivated team driving and running IT and change portfolio for the Clinics business unit within Össur. We are an important and active part in improving clinical results and efficiency together with the business and process owners, both through execution of IT and change projects and programs, but also in driving the IT strategic agenda and building the IT roadmap to support the business strategy in a global IT context. You will report to our IT Director Clinics, and will have a regional focus in Scandinavia/Europe. Your base will be in Stockholm, but some international travelling will be required.
Your role
You will work within both business and IT, where your work will have high impact on ways of working. You will lead delivery of complex projects and programs within Clinics. With your experience within people change management you will move people through the change processes to enable the wished outcome and delivery. To succeed you will hold the overall view of all the moving parts and drive its deliveries by breaking down the scope into smaller value deliveries, securing the right prioritization and removing obstacles. An essential part of the job is to lead and interact with colleagues within Össur Clinics, Global IT, vendors and partners.
Your profile
You have bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Business administration or corresponding experience. You have several years of project and program management experience. You also have demonstrated leadership ability, experience of proactive people change management and business acumen. You have experience of driving larger and complex projects where both business and IT are involved, and knowledge of traditional project models and agile working methods. You have excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Additional language skills in regional languages are a plus. It is meritorious if you have knowledge/certification in PROSCI ADKAR, MSP, PMI, IPMA or ITIL.
As a person, you 're a true people-person, business driven, problem solving oriented, results-oriented, communicative and independent. You are used to discuss technical solutions, build strong working relationships with both IT and business teams, create ownership/participation/motivation in your program organization, and communicate and collaborate with stakeholders on all levels in the company. You are also structured and have the ability to manage multiple priorities.
