Your Mission
In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Shape Pricing Strategies: Develop and manage innovative pricing strategies for our existing products, services, new technologies, and acquired businesses.
Enhance Pricing Models: Continuously improve the pricing models, ensuring they are aligned with Epiroc's business strategies.
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead and follow up on pricing improvement projects, working closely with the Product Portfolio team to stay ahead of competitor pricing and implement strategic initiatives.
Lead Pricing Projects: Take ownership of key pricing initiatives such as Dynamic Pricing, Trading Risks, and Value-Based Pricing strategies.
Collaborate & Communicate: Foster open communication with internal stakeholders and ensure transparent dialogue within the pricing team.
Global Impact: Track, audit, and review global pricing logics & harmonizing pricing strategies.
Implement service pricing strategies that capture the value created by Epiroc's offerings.
Your Profile
More then 1 year of experience within data analysis, business management and or pricing will be valuable/preferred.
You are someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a passion for analytics and strategic thinking.
University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Alternatively, relevant experience in a similar role will be considered.
You excel at analyzing complex data and have a keen eye for business insights and customer needs.
You're a natural communicator who can create buy-in at all levels of the organization. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Advanced skills in MS Excel are a must, and experience with large data sets and PowerPoint for presenting insights to management is highly valued.
You're proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to take the lead on multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and are committed to ethical business practices.
Location
This position is in Örebro, Sweden. Some business travel may be required.
