hela Sverige APSIS is growing and to support this our HR Department in Malmö is now reshaping to meet the future. We are therefore hiring a HR Business Partner to provide the highest quality generalist advice, coaching and support to the Leaders, Managers & team members across APSIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment - sometimes supportive other times full process
Provide broad HR support to all levels of managers with focus on building strong relationships to identify needs and apply tools and processess that support business objectives and organisational needs
Coach managers and teams in the use of the relevant HR tools to ensure high performance and encourage the development of a culture of continuous improvement
Be responsible for building and implementing needed tools within the HR area
Work with the managers to strengthen resource and talent planning, quantify the gaps in business critical competencies and build an intimate picture of our key talent
Support a fair and ethical work practices to optimize employee engagement and wellbeing
Ensure full compliance with all internal and statutory requirements and educate managers thereof
Requirements
You have worked within HR, perhaps as a Strategic HRBP, for at least 3-4 years
Experience of recruitment and search
Higher education within HR or likewise
English is our corporate language and you will look extra on your cv if you have a Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, Danish or Norwegian)
You have developed and build manager tools and HR processes in certain areas, for example systematic work environment, sales enablement, leadership development, talent management or performance management.
