optimizing our digital channels to secure our Digital vision in Swedbank? I am now seeking a Strategic Business Developer who will join our team and be the bridge between Channels and Business Areas, combining great knowledge of business strategies and needs with knowledge of optimization and development in Channels leading to Swedbank's Digital Channel vision.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Create excellent customer experience and business value through our insights from our channels
• Work close with both Business Areas and Portfolios operating in our channels and our development VDE:s
• Bring knowledge and intelligence based on insights from both internal and external data for Swedbank to be proactive in our development of our channels
• Securing that our deliveries are coherence with Swedbank's digital vision
• Be in the front of storytelling about our optimization and connecting it to successes in our digital channels
What is needed in this role:
• Experience from working with business strategy and good understanding of business areas corporate and private strategies and focus areas
• Experience from working with customer centric development taking customer's needs in mind
• Experience of stakeholder management with setting expectations, building trust and change management
• Experience from management consulting agency
• Business skills and knowledge about Swedbank 's strategy and vision
• Understanding business goals and prioritization
• Understanding IT development and lifecycle management
• Understanding data analytics and statistics
• Oversight view and holistic coordination
• Communication skills and story telling
