We want to extend our team with a dedicated and hands-on Store manager to help lead the development and opening in one of our stores in Gothenburg.
This is the perfect opportunity to join an ambitious startup in the early days.
What you will do (but not exclusively)..
• You will manage your own warehouse team consisting of shift-leads, operations associates and riders
• You will be accountable for the warehouse performance and the achievement of warehouse KPIs such as product quality and inventory accuracy
• You will lead & develop the team within your warehouse and are responsible for providing and ensuring them a healthy and happy work environment
• You will be the first person of contact for any performance or operational questions of your warehouse
• You will pack & deliver orders to the customer
Requirements
• You have a relevant bachelor's degree or similar work experience
• You have a hands-on and prestigeless mentaly
• You have gained first experience in a fast-paced company and work at least a few years as a leader
• You have good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken Swedish and English
Practical details
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Extent: This is a full-time position.
