We are now looking for a staff Engineer, in which you will hold one of the most pivotal technical roles within our entire organization. You will lead our digital transformation efforts, driving innovative solutions that create a profound impact on our business and set new standards for the industry.

Being Staff Engineer at Hedin IT means being responsible for:
Technical Design & Team Upleveling: As the tech lead of tech leads (catchy huh?), you will set the standards and direction for our technical team, ensuring we consistently elevate our performance and capabilities.
Strategic Oversight: Beyond coding (about 20% of your time), you will focus on broader technical strategies, influencing multiple teams to achieve collective greatness.
Mentorship & Influence: Your role involves more than just creating excellent code. You will articulate the 'why' behind technical decisions, inspiring and guiding others to contribute effectively to our development process.
Involved in High-Impact Projects: You will tackle the most challenging and important projects which often span across multiple teams and technical solutions. driving solutions that have a significant influence on our business.
Digital Transformation Leadership: You will play a key role in our company-wide initiative to enhance our digital services, enabling growth and scalability through innovative digital solutions.

Who are we looking for? A seasoned engineer with experience in a fast-paced, innovative, and at times, complex environment. We believe you have:
Experience in software development with deep knowledge of at least some of the technologies within our tech stack
Strong mentoring skills
A proven track record of leading and executing high-stakes development projects.
A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of digital transformation and the ability to implement scalable, automated solutions
If you have experience within the automotive industry, that would be regardedas a great advantage.
