As part of the global team you will work with developing and implementing SSAB group policies and governance in the C&B area, supporting the company strategy. You will be involved in various projects such as variable pay design and alignment, policy/directive reviews including calculations and simulations of various C&B elements and changes.You will also have your specific areas of responsibility. Placement is Stockholm or Helsinki.Main accountabilitiesExecutive remuneration advise and administration, including proposing relevant pay and conditions for executive level positions, securing employment contracts for the group based on grand parent approvalExecutive pension agreements and follow-upsConduct benchmark surveys and assure that job evaluation and job description processes are according to decided structureManage the international assignment process and framework, further develop Global Mobility policies, processes and structures according to both long and short term business needs - both expatriations and repatriations including the set up of contracts and necessary administrationManage identified processes such as long term incentive, profit sharing, common salary reviews. This also includes financial analysis and alignment with auditorsYour qualifications Preferably 10 years of working experience within HR and/or Finance area, and minimum 3 years of experience from C&B work, preferably from an operational position in a company and/or as a consultant. Experience from working globally and with international assignments.Strong in excel and a good understanding of financial reports, accounting principles and tax consequences to be able to proactively identify if/when issues in those areas and how to address them. Knowledge of HR system understanding to be able to quickly learn our system environment in SSAB (for example SAP). Languages: English, Swedish and if possible Finnish.Profile Truly enjoy C&B area of work, work together with C&B team, broader HR as well as the line organization. Hands-on, operational profile who get things done, with an analytical perspective. C&B do include administration the candidate needs to accept and share that work (filing of documents, print-out and get signatures etc)We offer An opportunity to work in a broad senior C&B role, with with all various C&B matters in our global company.
