We are reponsible for both hosting and developing level 3 systems and are handling service management and governance according to ITIL processes. About this positionYour main resposibilities will be:Act as Service Manager for our ITSM system used by entire SSAB and working with programming and configuration changes to adapt system to business requirements, This means that you will be the technical expert in SSAB when it comes to ITSM.Act as Solution Architect and support our .NET development team with guidance and keep our framework that all our .NET applications are built on. Our application landscape consists of web applications,Run operations - you will be responsible for our application landscape. Make sure our development environments are up to date and our applications are running as secure as possible on our servers. Setting up new servers and search for errors and handle installations in test and production.Be project resouce and ITSM expert in our upcoming ITSM Project. This position is temporary employment to start with for approximately 1 year but continuation might be possible even after that. Your qualificationsTo be able to do this we think you have at least 5 years of expericence working with development and running IT operations. You need to think it is fun to have a lot of things going on at the same time and to work in teams. We are looking for a person who has structured ways of working, project working style and ability to create good customer relationships. You also have the ability to quickly get into an IT problem and understand what information is needed to solve it. Communication skills both in Swedish and English are necessary in this position.
