Job Summary
Digital Services Leader: is tasked with developing the European market by helping customers adopt digital services solutions. The focus areas will be cloud platforms, IoT, data, analytics, AI, DevOps, SRE, Industry 4.0, mobility, cyber security, and relevant emerging technologies. Our Europe organization would deliver new technologies and services to fulfil our customer requirements within digital services ensuring customer satisfaction and account growth.
As our new Digital Services Leader, you will focus on developing the Europe region closely working with sales, marketing, and service lines to take digital services to the customers by making new inroads into existing accounts and developing new accounts. The role includes managing customer satisfaction and delivering projects onsite with support from offshore teams. You will be the point of contact for customer escalations playing the role of customer engagement manager as needed until the account is mature enough to be transitioned. The role includes managing programs according to customer expectations which requires knowledge and understanding of customer processes, operations and technologies.
This candidate must be based in Stockholm, Sweden and the position requires travelling up to 15%.
What you will do
Establish strong connections with the customers, service line leaders, regional sales directors, and account managers to drive growth in the business of digital services
Develop, adopt and present a clear strategy for providing digital services to customers in the European region
Strategic position of Digital services for every region that deliver clear value to local customers
Lead presales to demo technical capabilities, and POC that delight prospective customers
Work with sales and marketing to develop qualified leads improving the conversion rate from lead to customers
Develop existing customer accounts to grow in digital services
Work with Service Lines to remain up to date on the offering and connect it to the local market to identify the sweet spot for customer growth
Identify business consulting opportunities that can grow into large digital projects
Lead RFP response in the Europe region for digital projects
Lead customer management, including managing stakeholders for new accounts and maturing them to be transitioned to designated account managers.
Lead onsite delivery and project reporting as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Closely monitor and manage designated key accounts
Regularly report to leadership on the status of the customer leads, wins, loses and opportunities in the area of digital services
Capture customer sentiments and give feedback to service lines for matured offerings and improvements

You have the experience of working with customers in the European region and understand their needs and ways of working.
You preferably have a university degree in Computer or 5+ years of relevant IT experience. You have a master's degree in business management. You have a proven track record of having worked with customers in delivering digital services and account growth. Experience in managing complex projects including defining KPIs for monitoring and improvement. Prior experience in managing service delivery and escalations. Knowledge of Agile process, DevOps, SRE, Analytics, Industry 4.0, IoT, Cyber security.
15+ years of experience in working in large organizations. You are fluent in English, verbally and in written language.
