Specialists, Customer Service
to support Paper Business Group's Supply Chain operations. We will combine Paper Supply Chain operations in Scandinavia to Stockholm and will strengthen the customer service team with new positions.
The purpose of the job is to provide high-quality customer service and order processing.
The main responsibilities are:
• to support forecast process
• allocation check
• inquiry handling
• to collect market, product and customer information
• to provide product info, sampling and trial handling
• to manage sales to certain customers, agreed together with Sales
• to monitor customer stock levels
• claim handling when applicable
• to enter production orders
• to confirm orders to customers
• call-off handling
• rebate handling
• invoicing
• communication with service providers, ports and stocks
Requirements:
• Customer and service oriented mind set with ability sell
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Excellent team working skills
• Proactive way of working
• Flexibility to adapt to different situations
• Accuracy in details
• Ability to work in pressure
• Suitable education
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in customer service or similar tasks
• Fluent in Swedish and English, Danish and/or Norwegian language skills are an advantage
• Excellent IT skills
• Knowledge of paper business is an asset
The specialists will report to Team Leader, Customer Service. Working premises will be in Kungsholmen, Stockholm.
