We are now looking for an experienced Farm Management Specialist to strengthen the DelPro Product team which will provide an opportunity for a professional person to be part of one of the cornerstones of the DeLaval global assortment. This is a challenging role that provides personal growth and development. Key Responsibilities:
• Be an active interface between product development and markets, global varieties of best practice and the scientific world
• Implement and maintain the Farm management strategy for the DelPro product range
• Turn market needs into requirement specifications and work closely with development teams
• Acceptance testing of new functionality
• Support the DeLaval organization and customers in the usage of DelPro Farm Management system, from remote and on site
• In close cooperation with Farm Management colleagues and Technical Specialists further develop the concept of material and trainings supporting the customer usage and benefit of the DeLaval DelPro system
The work is performed in close cooperation with R&D, Markets and Support organizations.
The successful candidate characteristics:
• University degree in Animal husbandry or equal
• You have 5 years of international experience from field work in areas of dairy production advice, user support and training of Dairy Farm Management software systems
• Experience from product development and farm management business
• Ability to International travel
• Fluent in English, writing as well as speaking.
