We are looking for a new team member to our spare parts sale and support team responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa. The position as Spare Parts Sales Specialist will be based in Helsingborg and main responsibility area will be spare parts sale in the Nordic and Middle East regions.
Your main work tasks will be:
Responsible for spare parts sale in Middle East and the Nordic region for all JBT Foodtech Cooking & Freezing product lines.
To self dependently prioritize and process incoming customer inquiries and orders.
Execute parts order from inquiry, to quote, quote follow up, creation of customer order, order confirmation, invoicing and follow up on parts delivery.
Responsible for administrating and update of customer related info in our CRM-system Siebel
Proactively contact customers to promote JBT original parts, timely follow-up on quotations and follow up of spare parts focused sales campaigns.
Responsible for spare parts return and parts warranty process if needed.
We are looking for a person with a couple of years experience from a similar position and with preferably a University degree in Engineering. You should have a good technical knowledge combined with good sales/customer skills. As a person you are well structured as well as flexible. You have good IT/Office knowledge, and if you have experience from Movex or equivalent ERP-system we concider this as an advantage. It is essential that you have good communication skills, and are fluent in Arabic, English and Swedish.
