Torpöns Färgeläge is looking for a Sous Chef with a passion for cooking to join our team, be a leader, and help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests. Guest satisfaction is top priority and the main duty. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in the food industry. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will prepare delicious, high-quality dishes, contribute to innovative menu development, and ensure the food is presented at its best.
This is a 100% seasonal position with a negotiable start date. It requires varied work shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. As a Torpöns Färjeläge leader, you are expected to build bridges through relationships, cooperation, and trust.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years experience from culinary education, formal training and/or kitchen experience.
• Experience and knowledge of various dishes, with a focus on traditional Swedish foods (husmanskost).
• A very advanced understanding of P&L margins.
• Flexible availability
• Fluent in English
• Advanced in Swedish
