About the Role
Are you ready to take the lead on global sourcing strategies and implement cutting-edge talent solutions? Scania seeks a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Project Lead to join our Core HR team for an exciting 12-month project. This pivotal role will drive the implementation of the LinkedIn Global Hiring Enterprise Agreement and establish a unified, global approach to LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Working in a closely connected team of experts, you'll collaborate across continents in a truly global environment. While primarily digital, your work will have a tangible impact on Scania's recruitment strategies worldwide.
What You'll Do
Lead Global Change: Implement and oversee the LinkedIn Global Hiring Enterprise Agreement, transforming how we connect with talent.
Drive Talent Insights: Establish and standardize a global approach to leveraging LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Innovate Sourcing Solutions: Develop and manage Talent Pools in SuccessFactors (MySuccess) to attract hard-to-find competencies.
Shape Global Presence: Structure Scania's LinkedIn career pages for maximum impact.
Manage Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver global recruitment strategies effectively.
Champion Change: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption across regions.
Collaborate Globally: Partner with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve ambitious project goals.

What You'll Need
Must-Have Skills:
Experience using LinkedIn Talent Insights and LinkedIn's hiring products.
Strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and innovative sourcing.
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects.
Demonstrated experience driving change.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a multinational or global setting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
