About the job
This is a consultancy employment, which means that you will be employed by Novare Potential and work as a consultant for our client during the first year. After the first year you will be directly hired by the company, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. The employment is full time (100 %). For the right candidate, the position can be started on remote and gradually be onsite. We will interview on an ongoing basis. The starting date is as soon as possible.
You will have three main responsibility areas
Sourcing Process Assistance:
Supporting Resource owners in their requests, including administrative tasksSupporting with Micro- tender process Running Communication with suppliers regarding resource sourcing Following up of the sourcing process until getting resource onboarded
Consultants:
Onboarding & offboarding ConsultantsPersonal security clearance process Yearly and quarterly Prolongations Time report checking and processing
Purchase Requisites and Orders
Creating Purchase OrdersInvoice settlement Change requests of purchase orders: change including extension as well.
We believe that you have
Relevant academic backgroundProficiency in English 3 years of experience in a similar position
Nice to have
Proficiency in Swedish
As a person you are
Outgoing and is comfortable communicating with external stakeholders. We also believe that you are detailed orientated and communicative as well as service minded, well organized and eager to learn. It is also important to be a team player as the role requires close collaborations with team members. Having the right personality is just as important as possessing the required skills.
