As a Sourcing Manager at Tobii you will be a part of our global team working closely together with Product management, R&D, NPI and Supply Chain Management. The position is located in Stockholm at Tobii Headquarters with great opportunity to travel. You will have the possibility to drive sourcing activities and influence a fast-growing organization.
Then role and responsibilities
The Sourcing department at Tobii is a part of the global operations team, a group function supporting all Tobii Business Units. The team handles project sourcing as well as strategic sourcing. As Sourcing Manager your days will be filled with:
• Supplier Selection
• Cost management
• RFx process
• Category lead
• Risk Assessment
• Agreement Management
• Supplier Governance
We are looking for someone who
• Has around 5 years of experience within strategic sourcing and/or project sourcing.
• Has experience in driving RFx processes, managing supplier relationships, supplier governance, procurement methods, contract negotiations and risk management.
• Is fluent in English.
• Possess strong commercial skills.
We find it to be a merit if you have worked within sourcing disciplines as category management, supplier relationship management and project sourcing and with several categories, preferably within direct material. As a person we believe you have good analytical skills with the ability to convey a message.
