hela Sverige ValueOne is looking for a Sourcing Manager of Indirect Material for a longer consultant assignment at a pharmaceutical company in central Stockholm. It is possible to work part of the time remotely.

The role
As Sourcing Manager you will be part of the company 's Indirect Procurement team and be involved with indirect procurement work globally. The company is currently in an exciting growth phase which means that you will have good opportunities to influence and shape this role. Remote work is possible to some extent.
Main tasks
Support internal stakeholders in the procurement process to ensure cost efficiency and compliant purchases.
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Scope, evaluate and analyze quotes and potential suppliers.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive implementation along the Procurement lifecycle in terms of the Source to Pay process, policies and procedures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Prepare and conduct supplier negotiations according to best-practices.
Log agreements in the Contract Management System.
Ensure compliance to P2P processes including creation and follow up of Purchase Orders.
Prepare monthly reports and monitor KPI 's.
Experience and competencies
The assignment as Sourcing Manager requires a minimum of 2 years' experience from a role in finance or purchasing. We also like you to have experience from negotiation and knowledge in agreements, both commercial and legal terms. Good communication skills is a prerequisite for the role and fluency in English, oral and in writing, is needed. We expect you to have experience from ERP system such as IFS or equal and be proficient in MS Office.
To thrive in the role experience or interest in working with many different stakeholders, preferably cross-border is desired. You are a driven and skilled relationship builder with an analytical and well-structured mind, able to set goals and reach them. Furthermore you have the ability to work independently as well as in teams. Since we aim to make this a permanent employment it is important to show an interest to grow and to further develop within the company.
