One of our colleagues is moving on to new challenges and therefore we are currently looking for a committed teammate to join our diverse group.
Job Description
The main objective will be to source both new buildings and conversion of existing buildings mainly within Sweden but also in Europe according to the company's needs at the best achievable Cost, Quality, Delivery and Sustainability.
Main task is to lead supplier negotiations, present results in decision boards and conclude commercial agreements to create the best value for Scania. This is often executed in close cooperation with internal as well with Traton and Volkswagen group. You will be part of aligning the company's need across multiple functions in order to cooperate and drive the tender processes. An active participation in different internal stakeholder organizations is necessary to reach the best results and to make a difference.

Your profile
We believe that you are passionate about business and have previous experience from purchasing or from a related business area as well as a university degree. Previous experience working with AB04/ABT06, CAPEX or related services is a merit.
Since the majority of both internal stakeholders and suppliers are native Swedish we prefer you to be fluent in both Swedish and English.

The team
We are nine people in the team with different background, age, and education. To fit in you are probably comfortable raising your voice, question current practices, and pitch your ideas openly but most important you are open-minded.
For me as a manager inclusion and drive are important, as well as laughing at work. To work with trust, delegation and self-driven responsibility for progress in your area of responsibility. Does this sound like a match for you - please come join us!
