Network Products HW Sourcing is responsible for Sourcing direct material for all Network products. The main responsibility is to provide and maintain a world-class supplier base and ensure that design solutions are taking the Sourcing strategy into account. We optimize the value of the supplier market to improve technology leadership, ensure delivery reliability, and secure cost efficiencies. We make sure our suppliers are appropriately engaged and perform to support the business needs. During the coming years, we will continue to put a lot of effort into contributing to the successful development and market introduction of 5G products as well as other key products in the ERS (Ericsson Radio System) offering.
Job summary
We are now looking for a Sourcing Business Partner. Your role will make Ericsson and our Customers successful by actively contributing towards securing short and long-term profitable business. The Sourcing Business Partner will provide insights and advice based on detailed and methodical investigation, analysis, and presentation of data. The Sourcing Business Partner applies their business knowledge and analytics skills on data, to point to statistically secured conclusions on business performance. Their work as an advisor to decision-makers, to outline both causes and remedies to business problems. Provides functional process and data expertise qualifies Analytics IT requirements and manages the Analytics Solution portfolio within their area of responsibility

To be successful in the role you must have
Education: Master of Science
Min years of experience of 3 to 5 years
Demonstrated ability: Data analytics, Sourcing and IT
Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
Business Modelling Skills
Business Understanding
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Commercial Competence & Skills
Deciding & Initiating Action
