Role Summary/Purpose:

Currently a project is ongoing in TechDoc for changing the system used for writing, editing and publishing technical user documentation. The project is one of the key deliverables in TechDoc for 2017. The project is now running late and a resource is needed to support with structuring the migrated data.

Essential Responsibilities:

Currently a project is ongoing in TechDoc to change the system used for writing, editing and publishing technical documentation such as Manuals, Operating Instructions etc.

Content (xml files and images) have been imported in the new Component Content Management System (CCMS) Astoria. The files need to be distributed into a new folder hierarchy. Files may also have to be grouped, split, merged, renamed and updated with additional metadata.

You will also support with other tasks related to the conversion, such as exporting files from the old Skribenta CCMS.

Working dates: 19th of June - 11th of August.
