Job Summary

The Automation & Digital Solution (A&D) team within the PSE Automation & Solutions organisation in Tetra Pak are looking for a Solution Manager. The A&D Solution's mission is to partner up with our customer and to accelerate customers' transition to sustainable and more productive operations.
This position is permanent and preferably based in Lund, Sweden, but for the right candidate we are open for another location in Europe or America. You should also be prepared to do some travelling in order to support our colleagues, customers and suppliers around the world.
What you will do
As Solution Manager, you will be the owner of the Solution Roadmap, driving solution evolution and consistency with customer needs and market trends across its entire lifecycle, to design and maintain a competitive portfolio offering.
Collect and harmonize E2E customers' needs related to Automation & Digital from the Business Owners, Cluster Portfolio, and Intelligence Analysts
Be the point of contact with Development & Technology (D&T) organization to analyze, prioritize and translate the customer needs into requirements and solution epics, also defining the related use cases
Design the E2E integrated solution offering reflecting the needs of the customer segments defined by Intelligence and match each segment with the relevant offering package to move customers forward in the digitalization journey
Collaborate for the definition and evolution of the A&D Solutions strategy and portfolio, reflecting customer's needs, market and innovation trends and competitive offering
Be responsible for solutions make-or-buy decisions and supporting the Value team in solution & products pricing definition
Outline the business case approach for integrated solution portfolio sales to calculate expected revenue streams and total cost of ownership
Be responsible for defining and communicating the Solution Roadmap and vision to the key stakeholders
Scout and promote best-practice tools to be used for portfolio management
Be responsible from a business perspective for solution pilot execution and solution release
We believe you have
Strong leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills.
A strong personal drive for results in combination with the ability to interact cross borders to be able to build networks but also to drive an agenda in a wide arena.
A customer-oriented mindset and possess the ability to listen and respond to customer needs, both short- and long-term.
A university degree within Business/engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience of product and/or portfolio management (Product Management certification is considered a plus.)
Good knowledge of both processing and packaging businesses is a merit.
Knowledge of industry sector and market trends and the ability to strategize, plan and execute short- and long-term financial targets.
Deep knowledge of digital solutions key functionalities and basic knowledge of their architectural composition.
Knowledge of Scrum, Lean, Kanban and SAFe methodologies for software development.
Very good command in English, both written and verba.
