hela Sverige We are looking for a Solution Area Responsible - In-store Logistics, to join our team in Helsingborg.
As a Solution Area Responsible you create the conditions for and secure that the business processes for in store Logistics on store level are well functioning and continuously improved. You secure that the IT tools that are used in this process are designed in a way that they meet the needs.
You own the dialogue with Specialists in Inter IKEA Systems regarding new/changed retail business processes and IT tools and ensure that the IKEA retailers demands are safeguarded when IT tools from IKEA IT Delivery are introduced, changed, replaced or removed.
You act as the project manager for projects within the own area including test and verification of new functionality in pilot markets and after successful pilots you make sure that the new functionality is implemented by the IKEA retailers.
To be successful in this position you have:
• Solid IKEA retail logistics experience and extensive knowledge about retail business processes. You have most likely been working a number of years within IKEA retail. Preferably in more than one IKEA market.
• Background from Retail Logistics Management
• Knowledge about IKEA core processes
• Experience in how to be a professional orderer on regional or global level of business development initiatives including changes required in IT systems.
• Certain knowledge about IT systems is a must. Experience in operating Navision or the IKEA Group retail IT platform is highly valued.
• Experience in planning and performing presentations for larger groups is required.
• Good level of English (verbally and in writing)
• Strong change driver with high commitment
Furthermore you are used to work in a complex environment including stakeholders from many different organisations and you are respected and valued in your current position. We also trust that you can create synergy when working closely with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds and establish a strong business relationship with all our retailers.
Of course you have a passion for retailing and home furnishing and are highly motivated to contribute to the growth of IKEA retailers. Furthermore you are fluent in English, both written and verbal and you are prepared to travel above 50 days per year.

From our office in Helsingborg the department Retail Operation Solutions & Support (ROSS) are to develop and make available the complete retail IT platform for IKEA retailers worldwide. ROSS also support the IKEA retailers in business processes and application know-how.
