As our Solution Architect your mission is to ensure that the RFID solution, from an architectural point of view, is in line with the architecture of H&M guidelines and goal architecture. It's your responsibility to take lead and make sure that the project moves forward and that the solution is built with long term standpoint.
You will join an experienced team within Merchandising and work closely with area architects and project managers. The Merchandising area is responsible for delivering IT services and applications that supports our global Merchandising organization in their work with managing Allocation & Replenishment, Price & Promotion and Sales Analysis.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Solution Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
You're to do-list includes:
• Ensure that solution quality such as performance, scalability, manageability is addressed and set in relation to functional requirements
• Ensure that there is traceability between requirements and solution
• Create process models, integration strategies, scenario descriptions and information models.
• Implementation of architecture audits

And your skills include:
• Several years of experience working as a Systems Architect
• Experience working with the default / "off-the-shelf" products
• Ability to translate business architecture to sustainable technical solutions
• Good modeling skills
• Depth and breadth - comprehensive knowledge in IT and technology, but also specialties such as infrastructure, service orientation
• Good knowledge of the development process
• Knowledge of development tools and other technologies such as databases and third-party products
This role requires traveling a few times a year.
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories and H&M Home. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
