I am Mathias Olofsson and I am leading the Data Services team for Sweden within Data and Analytics in Telia Company. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team, but also very excited to extend the team with new skilled people to improve and create new opportunities in communication with our customers!
Your next challenge?
If you seek for a role to play an important part of Telia Company 's data driven journey and want to work in an ever-changing environment within the Marketing Technology and Marketing Automation domain, you are perfect for this role.
You will be part of a larger Data and Analytics Architecture community and you will be responsible to develop and govern the architecture within the MarTech stack that we are building. This is a highly prioritized area for us in order to deliver on our overall strategy. Further you'll be essential in the decision making with respect to execute on the strategy and spearhead the implementation of capabilities in the MarTech domain, spanning from Customer Data Platform to data flows and Data Management.
Your responsibilities will be:
Primarily working with our MarTech stack (Customer Data Platform, Data Management Platform, Marketing Automation)
Working closely with MarTech Business and building solutions in the platform
Designing solutions to build integrations with different inbound and outbound systems
Collaborating with architects and teams of surrounding systems, primarily data source systems and channels
Managing Business Stakeholders and clearly translating Business needs to technical requirements
Guiding on the effective use of solutions and architectures in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements and the overall Enterprise Architecture
Building architecture/design patterns for rest to follow
Making sure legal and security aspects are secured
Building future roadmap considering technology advancements in MarTech and Business requirements.

Required experience:
Architecting and building MarTech stack. Hands-on tech experience
Proven track record of Business Analyst and technical requirements elicitation
Ability to convert Business requirements into Technical requirements
Experience in building architecture and design blueprints, and application roadmaps
Experience working with Cloud and SaaS applications. Privacy and Security awareness
Experience working with different data integration patterns between systems including but not limited to API and file based
Work with cross functional teams of Product Managers, Developers, architects
Good communication skills and fluent in English, spoken and written.
Great Analytical and reasoning
Positive mindset with willingness to contribute and make difference.
Meriting:
Experience from working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Management Platform and Customer Data Platform
Experience building Data Models and SQL.
