ISG-CMT is Cognizant's Industry Solutions Group vertical focused on Communications, Media and Technology markets with core IT solutions implementations and consulting. Part of Communications service line, we work with the world's leading Telecommunications clients in providing end to end managed services including digital transformation programs implementations using the market leading Telecomm BSS/OSS COTS applications.
About the role
As BRM Lead / Solution Architect you are expected to have experience ranging from 12 to 18 years of implementation projects using Oracle BRM, PDC Applications working with clients, implementing, transforming and migrating their legacy BSS applications to modern Digital BSS solutions. Carry experience of Cloud Native Oracle BRM implementation. Lead requirements gathering workshops with Customer SMEs and Stakeholders, document requirements, conduct POCs and design solutions, and have proven ability to extend applications with customization requirements in Oracle BRM along with the skills of implementing PDC pricing and tariff configurations for the Mobile and Fixed line service offerings of Telecom Billing.
Our ideal candidate
12 - 18 years of Oracle BRM consulting and implementation projects experience.
Experience driving customer requirements workshops, design solutions using Oracle BRM and PDC.
Experience developing BRM customizations, OPCODES and integrations.
Excellent communication skills and team player.
Preferably have Implementation Certification in BRM 7 or later versions.
