About the Role
As Software Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a team of skilled developers to deliver cutting-edge software solutions. You will oversee the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment, and ensure seamless integration of our solutions into customer environments. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on development, making it a unique and exciting challenge.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the software team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Oversee development tasks and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Develop applications and interfaces using Java and React.
Design, build, and deploy web services and microservices.
Utilize Docker for containerization and manage database integrations.
Collaborate with international development teams to deliver scalable, world-class solutions.
Engage in Agile development practices to drive continuous improvement.
To succeed in the role, you have:
At least 5 years development and management experience
A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering (an advanced degree is an advantage).
5+ years of experience in Java development.
5+ years of hands-on experience with web frameworks (React preferred; Angular is a plus).
Proven experience designing and implementing microservice architectures.
Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Practical experience with Docker and containerization.
Strong experience working with databases.
Fluent in Swedish
It is considered a strong merit but not a requirement if you have experience of leading teams in Agile environments, experience with .NET, C++, or Embedded Linux and are committed to writing clean, maintainable and efficient code.

Temporary domestic and international travel to development sites and/or customer locations may be required.
