Person should have hands-on experience with 8+ years As a Solution architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the high-level solutions,processes and frameworks. As a software Solution Architect, you will work both with the customer andinside the supplier organization to design high level end to end solutions and collaborations.Responsibilities and tasks:* Work with backlog stakeholders and development teams to define requirements.* Drive and define high level QA process and verification framework.* Continuously guide and coach stakeholders and supplier organization.* Extensive experience with automotive requirements governance* Extensive experience with software architecture, development, QA process, and the common QAtoolchain.* Expertise in relevant software frameworks and system architectures* Experienced with the agile software development process and concepts such as continuesintegration and deployment.* Ability to coach and mentor the people around you.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team* Ability to drive, motivate and convince. Thorough and analytical, detailed and careful.* A team player* Cultural awareness, especially Asian - European culture* Native or bilingual proficiency in English.* Each individual in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate, and is expected to beable to work autonomously.
