We are currently looking for a person with a few years of experience to join our team developing embedded software for various construction products.

Tasks and responsibilities:
As Software Engineer at Husqvarna Construction you develop embedded software for products used world wide. We deliver testable, well-structured software and maintain a solid software platform and architecture.
Your work is conducted in software teams in close cooperation with project members within different areas such as electronics-/mechanical engineering, test and compliance.
The software enginering team contribute with software expertise throughout the complete product lifecycle; from design and implementation to production and maintenance.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role we believe that you have:
• University degree within Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience of development and debugging of embedded real time systems in C/C++
• Good knowledge in written and spoken English.
Preferred experience and key factors:
• You have experience of design and implementation of peripheral device drivers and have been working with systems using Bluetooth.
• Preferably you are familiar with software design for connected products and Internet-of-things.
• As we value continuous integration we appreciate if you are accustomed to Gerrit, Jenkins, Robot Framework and Jira.
• Experience from implementation of serial communication buses, e.g. SPI/I2C/CAN/RS232 is a merit.
Good team working skills together with the ability to operate independently is important.
