The Digital Solution Development organisation develops and delivers world-class automation platforms and services to our customers through Tetra Pak business units, packaging platforms and market companies. As the importance and demand for automation increases, we are now strengthening our team to support and accelerate automation growth.
The team supports and delivers solutions to our customers in cooperation with our market companies and services. This includes product development engineering, product validation and support to delivering organisations during limited deployment.
We are now looking for a Backend Software developer to reinforce an Agile SCRUM Team supporting the development and the release of the Tetra Pak® Factory OSTM. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
You will technically support the development of standard and configurable solutions for our digital platform with a special focus on the backend aspects of our solutions. Within your Scrum team you will work with peers in the full platform development.
Considering that the team is today mainly composed by experts from external companies, we expect your domain expertise and your responsibility in the team will grow to ensure that know-how will remain within the organization.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Limited travel to support internal customer activities such as field test or external technology verification (ETV) can be required occasionally.
Develop and maintain robust .NET Core applications, utilizing your expert knowledge of C#.
Design and implement microservices architectures, promoting scalability and maintainability.
Secure good quality of your outcome testing the code and implementing test automation.
Secure software security compliance.
Read, maintain, and modify technical specifications of our digital architecture for the entire plant: processing (BPUs) and packaging equipment.
Work in teams following Agile principles of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to support Projects objectives.
We believe you have
You hold a university degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in .NET Framework development, with a deep understanding of C#.
Solid understanding of RESTful API development and CRUD operations.
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and knowledge of non-relational DB such as Mongo.
Experience with Entity Framework Core (EFC).
Knowledge of microservices, events driven architecture and familiarity with patterns for data consistency.
Experience with message broker such as RabbitMQ.
Experience with unit and integration testing, as well as debugging tools.
Experience on writing secure code.
Familiarity within the DevOps space with experience in methodologies and toolkits.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Experience on developing international software.
A good command of English, both written and oral.
Three to five years of relevant work experience preferable in the industry domain.
Knowledge or experience within one or more of the following areas is considered a merit
Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frameworks commonly used in frontend development, such as React JS, Vue.js or Angular.js.
Familiarity with Docker technology and Azure services.
Familiarity with containers orchestration such as Kubernetes.
Familiarity with GraphQL.
