What We Do
We are working with model based diagnostic development, implementing so called monitors in different mechatronic part of the vehicle. The purpose of the diagnostic monitor is to pinpoint any malfunction or undesired behavior in the system. Correct diagnostic judgement will help the workshop in its repair and can be used as information to keep the system operating with minimum impact for the driver.
You will be involved in the development process from concept to industrialization, meaning designing, implement and verify functionality in embedded systems. Besides development in Simulink, C++ and Python a big part of the work is taken place in vehicles, including testing in rigs and on test facilities around the world to secure quality in all possible conditions.
What You'll Need to Know
• Excellent programming skills in C/C++ and Python
• Simulink
• Diagnostic and data analytics - automotive preferably
• Valid European driver's license B
What is nice if you know
• University degree within computer science or electrical engineering
• We use many tools and apply many standards. We do not expect that you know them all, you will learn them on the job. Examples of tools, frameworks and standards that we use are; UDS (Universal Diagnostic Service), XCP (Universal Measurement and Calibration Protocol), DLT (Diagnostic Log and Trace), Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, MQTT, Network communication, INCA, DSA, CANape, Wireshark, e.g. CAN and TCP
• Agile framework/SAFe method - understanding or certification

You have a positive attitude, are self-managed and proactive, always keeping flexible. You are eager to learn, with a growth and agile mindset. Further, you are well organized and furrow with documentation.
