Are you a change maker and thinker? A person who wants to contribute towards improvement of healthcare in resource poor settings by bringing donations and charity into a new level where transparency is fundamental?
We are looking for a software engineer who is passionate about large scale system that bring value. System development is an integral part of Shifo where we work hard to bring the best experience to the end-users by developing among others healthcare applications, transparency systems, fundraising platform and much more.
Must- haves
• You love turning ideas into working code and a fulfilling user experience
• Masters degree in software engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in development of healthcare applications and in human computer interaction
• 5 years of experience in web development and excellent knowledge in Python, Django framework, NodeJS
• Excellent knowledge in front-end technologies and libraries such as HTML5, CSS3, LESS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience in administration and development PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases
• Experience in development of enterprise resource management systems OpenERP
• Working with Chrome applications and client side
• Disciplined approach to test-driven development, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision making.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability of debugging and troubleshooting
• English language proficiency (spoken and written)
