At Radon, we work with big clients on real campaigns, making a meaningful impact. We're in search of a Social Media Strategist to play a key role in our activations team. Your goal is to ensure that we, as an agency, are experts in integrating social media into the DNA of our client's campaigns. This means not only knowing your shit but ensuring that there is a consistent level of quality in the output of your projects. Creativity, strategic thinking and determination are essential, as is a willingness to knuckle-down when things get crazy.What you will be doingBeing a social media expert both internally at Radon and externally for clients. This includes ensuring that the education and presentation of our social offering is comprehensive and highly relevantLeading the creation of social media strategies that help clients to reach their business goalsOverseeing and contributing to the creation of social media content for your clientsSpending time finding opportunities for clients to create best-in-class social media experiences by staying ahead of platform updates and developmentsTaking the lead on carrying out strategic, insight-driven projects and overseeing their implementation with the support of the paid teamDriving the implementation of technical infrastructure such as Pixels and Product Catalogues for our e-commerce clients to bridge the divide between content and conversionWorking closely with project managers to ensure that client requests are carried out to the highest standardsAbility to develop a strong working relationship with your clients to foster an environment of trustImproving resource efficiencies by implementing both internal and client-facing processesTransforming campaign briefs & team ideas into killer presentationsMeasuring and analysing the results of your work on an ongoing basis, so we can create effective social experiences for our clients' audiencesWorking in close collaboration with various team members from creatives, to project managers and designersContributing to the mentorship and coaching of Social Media SpecialistsWho you areMinimum 3 years of experience in a related fieldAbility to be responsible for social media strategies for multiple clientsExperience with working in an E-commerce environment is highly favourableExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and EnglishGreat eye for discovering and understanding trends and public sentimentConfidence in your decision makingYou are a team player with warmth and fairnessWillingness to accept coaching & feedbackYou are motivated and generally focused on your own professional developmentInterested in research, finding new insights, tools, and learnings
