All marketing materials for Small & Mid-size Buildings, including customer event management, campaigns lead, performance analysis, content creation (value props, solution guides, videos, website, case studies...), trend analysis and marketing plans;
Develop new concepts and ensure both the team and its contents are on the right track of "Life Is On" spirit by working with Global Marcom team closely;
Meet with key accounts and partners periodically to make sure they have the clearest concepts of the SMB strategy plan, develop innovative partnership campaign ideas, and identify customers' needs to define markets
Collaborate with sales team to drive business globally;
Accomplish marketing and sales goals by planning, developing and monitoring team subjects and seek for improvement;
Create training material and deploy the training to Smart Electricians and EcoExperts for SMB in targeted countries; animate the EcoExperts for SMB program on the Exchange Community;
