www.skanska.comAs HR Business Partner at Skanska AB and Skanska Financial Services (SFS) you support the managers in all human resource related matters. You are part of a strong team consisting of three persons and you report to HR Manager for Skanska AB & SFS. Skanska AB and SFS have a total of 200 employees, all of which officials. The position is located at Skanska’s headquarters in Stockholm.
Job Description
You and your team are responsible for delivering HR services to both companies, Skanska AB and SFS. You will work closely with your managers to attract, recruit, retain, develop and coach the company’s employees. Throughout the HR field you handle both operational and strategic issues in a consultative and business-oriented manner. You will be an important resource in spreading the company’s values. You will work both independently and in collaboration with others to develop and operate various processes in the HR area, ensuring an effective and efficient organization.
Who are you?
You have academic degree in Human Resources and solid experience in qualified HR work. We think that you are a person who dares to challenge ingrained practices and have the ability to be persuasive in a clear, yet humble manner. You are fluent in Swedish and English and your skills in MS Office tools are very good. To complement the group we are looking for a number-oriented person that have an interest and experience in matters regarding Compensation & Benefit.
As an individual you are positive, open to change and result-oriented. You understand how important HR is to create competitiveness and your drive comes from the opportunity to develop businesses as well as people. You relate to people and business in a professional and empathic way, and build relationships based on confidence and trust. You are comfortable working with tight deadlines and you define yourself as a team-player. The position involves close cooperation with the top management of Skanska Group and demands high intellectual ability.
