Our client who operates in the automotive industry is looking for a dedicated and service-oriented employee.
Job Purpose:
• Applying the company's signage & standards in the Network, taking specific local aspects into account as to Point of Sales Architecture
• Following up on project implementation in the field
The assignment is as consultant, start immediately and are ongoing for the coming 6 months. The workplace is in the north of Stockholm close to the subway.

• Adapt the standards plan (exterior layout (especially the signing) and the interior layout) to Swedish & Danish environment and translate it for dealers and field teams.
Communication and training purposes
• Train the field team (Manager Sales) to be able to perform and inform dealers about our standards.
• The standard functional organization chart for a dealership, the exterior layout (especially the signing) and the interior layout.
• The process of setting up sales units and/or signing involves numerous players, including mainly the following:
• Firms of architects
• Sign makers
• Supplier of interior standard elements
• Following up on project implementation in the field, through field force but also via field visits
• Archive all the projects as carried out.
• The contact person with the HQ on Signage & Standards
• Responsible for report generating of the monthly results
• Work close with head of department Manager in tasks defined.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a person who has experience in automotive industry and supplier management and Sales knowledge. You have a Leadership & Management education and good negotiation skills. Furthermore you are fluent in both swedish and english, it is a merit if you have knowledge about other Nordic languages. As a person you are proactive and rigorous and recognize priorities.
