hela Sverige For our client Atlas Copco we are currently looking for a SharePoint Specialist for End User Support Service. If you are passionate about the latest technical solutions and you enjoy supporting others, then this is the role for you!
Mission:
In this role you will be responsible for explaining SharePoint features and best practices to executive management business users. The mission is to take current business processes and migrate them into SharePoint.
Your mission in your everyday work is to assist with the setup of SharePoint sites and help users to identify the best site to meet their unique business requirements.
You will utilize the native features in SharePoint 2013 and Workflows and Forms via Nintex 2013 to assist with the automation of current business processes.
As the SharePoint Specialist you will be able to assist users with identifying current processes and how/what to integrate into SharePoint.
User Trainings (General Audience and Small Group Targeted) is something you enjoy doing and of course you will be available for questions/feedback from the different business users.
As the professional specialist you are you are able to identify when to hand over the support of a site to the responsible user and work with them to make sure they are comfortable with the new responsibilities.
Experience and requirements:
• We believe you are a team player, self driven and positive person with great communications skills and able to explain complex technical matters in a business language.
• You will have strong stakeholder management skills and you are able to take business needs and implement solutions in SharePoint that fulfill the requirements.
• You work well independently are well organized and capable of guiding business users to solutions that align with company strategy and SharePoint best practices.
• We think you already have some experience in a similar role but you will now be ready to take on an even more independent role and thrive with the responsibilities and challenges you will be given in this role.
• As you will be working in a global environment your English is fluent and any other languages you might speak will be to your advantage.
